This just goes to show you how fucked up people were back in the 50ties. The idea that people thought this was good advertizing shows how messed up people were. This makes it pretty obvious that anything was OK as far as how they portrayed women in advertizing. Today women would never put up with this. Thank God. This funny but awful at the same time.
it's hilarious but terrible at the same time. what i find funny about it is that if a man tried this shit in today's times, things wouldn't go so well for him. Hell, there are some women who'd set fire to his facial hair for less than this.
